- 30 minutes a day via Zoom for personal coaching. In this, I guide you to observe your triggers, patterns and behaviours so that you can consciously apply your inner work with yourself every day.
- Every day via whatsapp, you will receive the programme from me and I will motivate you to go through your personally tailored detox day.
- You will receive a 3o-minute intake and evaluation interview.
- Via email you will receive all information on preparations, recipe books, shopping list, chakra explanations from Nicole Coaching, guided meditations and reflection exercises. -
