Nicole Coaching Terms and Conditions

1 Scope and offer

These terms apply to consumers booking a programme, individual coaching, group session, training, juice cleanse or retreat with Nicole Coaching. Business assignments are governed by the quotation and separate written arrangements; mandatory consumer rights apply to consumers.

Before enrolment, the participant receives the current description of the chosen offer, its contents, duration, price, payment dates and any additional costs. If a general website description differs, the individual offer or enrolment confirmation takes precedence. Any departure from these terms is recorded in writing.

2 Booking and delivery

An agreement is formed when Nicole Coaching confirms the booking or quotation in writing. An introductory meeting or intake does not oblige anyone to enrol unless a paid intake was expressly agreed in advance.

Nicole Coaching provides the agreed guidance with reasonable care and skill. Personal outcomes also depend on the participant’s circumstances and engagement; no particular result is guaranteed. Methods and guest facilitators may reasonably change within the nature and quality of the offer. For a material change, the participant may choose a suitable alternative or a proportionate refund for the part not delivered.

3 90 Days Into Joy

The edition from 26 October 2026 to 23 January 2027 runs for three months and has no more than twelve participants. The planned regular online group sessions are Mondays and Wednesdays, 19:00–21:00 Netherlands time, subject to notified schedule changes or holidays. The content follows Release, Reclaim and Embody. The questionnaire and intake help identify personal priorities within the group programme.

The price is €555 per month for three months, €1,665 in total, including applicable taxes. The first instalment is due before the start. The next instalments are paid through Nicole Coaching’s payment instructions before the first day of the relevant payment month, as specified in the enrolment confirmation. Instalments do not change the agreed duration or total price.

The programme includes one private family constellation for each participant. In the final month, an in-person group day takes place in the Netherlands. It includes a group family constellation, a movement and mindful kickboxing workshop, a shared meal, reflection on the three months, and a celebration with dance, fire and shared intentions and manifestations. Participants can celebrate their progress and, if they wish, symbolically release what they are leaving behind in the fire. The exact location in the Netherlands and the date will be announced after enrolment, with reasonable notice so participants can plan to attend. If the group day cannot take place, Nicole Coaching offers a comparable alternative or a reasonable refund for that part. The programme includes a five-day juice cleanse; its delivery and any products are specified in the enrolment confirmation. Supplements and third-party products are excluded unless expressly included. The programme does not renew automatically after three months.

4 Payment

Prices and additional costs are stated clearly before the agreement is made. Nicole Coaching provides an invoice or payment confirmation. A participant who cannot pay on time should make contact promptly to discuss an arrangement.

If payment is late, Nicole Coaching first sends a free reminder allowing the statutory fourteen-day payment period and providing the information legally required for collection costs. Statutory interest and legally permitted collection costs may be charged only thereafter. After reasonable warning, access to future services may be suspended where permitted by law.

5 Statutory right of withdrawal

A consumer who concludes a distance or off-premises agreement generally has fourteen days from the day after concluding a service agreement to withdraw without giving a reason. The consumer may send a clear email to info@nicole-coaching.nl, use the model form below or use the website withdrawal function where required. Nicole Coaching acknowledges the request and refunds payments within fourteen days, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If the participant expressly requests the service to begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraws, only a proportionate amount for services actually supplied is payable, provided the required information and confirmation were given beforehand. The right to withdraw from a service ends after full performance only when the statutory conditions have been met. Payment or enrolment alone does not waive this right.

6 Rescheduling, absence and ending an agreement

An individual appointment may be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. For a later cancellation or failure to attend, Nicole Coaching may charge for the reserved session if it cannot reasonably be rebooked, subject to force majeure or a reasonable exception. A missed group session does not automatically entitle the participant to a replacement or refund; access to provided materials follows the offer confirmation.

After the statutory withdrawal period, a participant may terminate a service agreement. Nicole Coaching will charge only for services already provided and reasonable demonstrable costs or reasonable compensation permitted by law, taking into account costs saved and opportunities to fill the place. Any prepaid amount not owed is refunded. In case of prolonged illness or other exceptional circumstances, the parties first seek a reasonable solution such as a pause or adjustment.

If Nicole Coaching cancels a session, it offers a comparable alternative within a reasonable time or a proportionate refund. If a substantial part of the programme cannot be delivered, the participant receives a refund for the undelivered part.

7 Safety and health

Coaching, exercise, breathwork, juice cleanses and lifestyle guidance do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Participants decide whether an activity is suitable and disclose relevant limitations or medication that may affect safety; sensitive details can be discussed privately at intake. If pregnant, living with an eating disorder or chronic condition, taking medication or otherwise unsure, the participant should consult a qualified health professional before a cleanse or intensive exercise.

Participants follow reasonable safety instructions and may stop an exercise. Nicole Coaching may adapt an activity or decline participation in an activity for a specific safety reason; the parties then seek a suitable alternative or fair financial resolution. Nicole Coaching does not provide medical supervision. Third-party products and activities may have their own terms, disclosed in advance.

8 Group privacy and materials

In a group, participants keep others’ personal stories confidential and do not record sessions or take screenshots without consent. Nicole Coaching cannot absolutely guarantee the conduct of other participants. Respectful behaviour is required; serious or repeated misconduct may lead to restricted access after warning, subject to a fair account of fees.

Nicole Coaching processes personal data under its current website privacy notice. Intake information is requested for appropriate guidance and is not shared with other participants without a valid basis. Programme texts, recordings, exercises and videos are for personal use; distribution or commercial reuse requires permission.

9 Liability and complaints

Nicole Coaching is liable under applicable law for loss caused by its attributable breach or unlawful act. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional or deliberately reckless conduct. Participants remain responsible for their decisions outside the guidance.

Complaints may be sent to info@nicole-coaching.nl. Nicole Coaching acknowledges a complaint within seven days and aims to provide a substantive response within fourteen days; if more time is needed, it gives a revised timeframe. The parties first try to resolve the matter together. Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the consumer’s country of residence. Disputes go to a court with jurisdiction under the law.

This version applies from 29 September 2026 to new agreements. A new version does not retrospectively change ongoing programmes. If a continuing agreement must change, the participant is informed in advance and retains all statutory rights.
