1 Scope and Offer
These terms apply to consumers who book a program, individual coaching, group session, training, juice cleanse, or retreat with Nicole Coaching. Business engagements are governed by the quote and separate written agreements; mandatory consumer rights apply to consumers.
Before enrollment, the participant receives the current description of the selected program, including its content, duration, price, payment dates, and any additional costs. If there is a discrepancy with the general description on the website, the individual program description or enrollment confirmation takes precedence. Any deviation from these terms is documented in writing.
2. Booking and Delivery
An agreement is formed when Nicole Coaching confirms the booking or quote in writing. An introductory meeting or intake session does not obligate anyone to enroll unless a paid intake session was expressly agreed upon in advance.
Nicole Coaching provides the agreed-upon guidance with reasonable care and skill. Individual outcomes also depend on the participant’s circumstances and level of engagement; no specific result is guaranteed. Methods and guest facilitators may change within the scope of the nature and quality of the service. In the event of a material change, the participant may choose a suitable alternative or a proportionate refund for the portion of the service not provided.
3 90 Days Into Joy
The session running from October 26, 2026, to January 23, 2027, lasts three months and is limited to twelve participants. The scheduled regular online group sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Netherlands time, subject to any notified schedule changes or holidays. The content is based on “Release, Reclaim, and Embody.” The questionnaire and intake help identify personal priorities within the group program.
The price is €555 per month for three months, for a total of €1,665, including applicable taxes. The first installment is due before the program begins. Subsequent installments are paid according to Nicole Coaching’s payment instructions before the first day of the relevant payment month, as specified in the enrollment confirmation. Installments do not alter the agreed-upon duration or total price.
The program includes one private family constellation for each participant. In the final month, an in-person group day takes place in the Netherlands. It includes a group family constellation, a movement and mindful kickboxing workshop, a shared meal, reflection on the three months, and a celebration featuring dance, fire, and shared intentions and manifestations. Participants can celebrate their progress and, if they wish, symbolically release what they are leaving behind in the fire. The exact location in the Netherlands and the date will be announced after enrollment, with reasonable notice so participants can plan to attend. If the group day cannot take place, Nicole Coaching offers a comparable alternative or a reasonable refund for that portion. The program includes a five-day juice cleanse; its delivery and any products are specified in the enrollment confirmation. Supplements and third-party products are excluded unless expressly included. The program does not renew automatically after three months.
4 Payment
Prices and additional costs are clearly stated before the agreement is made. Nicole Coaching provides an invoice or payment confirmation. A participant who is unable to pay on time should contact us promptly to discuss an arrangement.
If payment is late, Nicole Coaching first sends a free reminder, allowing for the statutory 14-day payment period and providing the information required by law regarding collection costs. Statutory interest and legally permitted collection costs may be charged only after that. Following a reasonable warning, access to future services may be suspended where permitted by law.
5 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
A consumer who enters into a distance or off-premises contract generally has fourteen days from the day after entering into a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The consumer may send a clear email to info@nicole-coaching.nl, use the form below or the website's cancellation feature as required. Nicole Coaching will acknowledge the request and issue a refund within fourteen days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If the participant expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraws, only a proportionate amount for services actually provided is payable, provided that the required information and confirmation were provided in advance. The right to withdraw from a service ends after full performance only when the statutory conditions have been met. Payment or enrollment alone does not waive this right.
6 Rescheduling, Absence, and Termination of an Agreement
An individual appointment may be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. For a later cancellation or failure to attend, Nicole Coaching may charge for the reserved session if it cannot reasonably be rescheduled, subject to force majeure or a reasonable exception. A missed group session does not automatically entitle the participant to a replacement or refund; access to the provided materials is granted as specified in the offer confirmation.
After the statutory withdrawal period, a participant may terminate a service agreement. Nicole Coaching will charge only for services already provided and reasonable, demonstrable costs or reasonable compensation permitted by law, taking into account costs saved and opportunities to fill the spot. Any prepaid amount that is not owed will be refunded. In the event of prolonged illness or other exceptional circumstances, the parties will first seek a reasonable solution, such as a temporary suspension or adjustment.
If Nicole Coaching cancels a session, it will offer a comparable alternative within a reasonable time or a proportional refund. If a substantial portion of the program cannot be delivered, the participant will receive a refund for the undelivered portion.
7 Safety and Health
Coaching, exercise, breathwork, juice cleanses, and lifestyle guidance are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Participants decide whether an activity is suitable for them and disclose any relevant limitations or medications that may affect their safety; sensitive details can be discussed privately during the intake session. If you are pregnant, living with an eating disorder or chronic condition, taking medication, or otherwise unsure, you should consult a qualified health professional before beginning a cleanse or intensive exercise program.
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and may stop an exercise. Nicole Coaching may modify an activity or decline participation in an activity for a specific safety reason; in such cases, the parties will seek a suitable alternative or a fair financial resolution. Nicole Coaching does not provide medical supervision. Third-party products and activities may have their own terms, which will be disclosed in advance.
8 Group Privacy and Materials
In a group, participants must keep others’ personal stories confidential and may not record sessions or take screenshots without consent. Nicole Coaching cannot absolutely guarantee the conduct of other participants. Respectful behavior is required; serious or repeated misconduct may result in restricted access after a warning, subject to a fair settlement of fees.
Nicole Coaching processes personal data in accordance with its current website privacy notice. Intake information is requested to provide appropriate guidance and is not shared with other participants without a valid reason. Program materials, recordings, exercises, and videos are for personal use only; distribution or commercial reuse requires permission.
9 Liability and Complaints
Nicole Coaching is liable under applicable law for losses caused by its attributable breach or unlawful act. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded, including intentional or willfully reckless conduct. Participants remain responsible for their decisions outside the scope of the guidance.
Complaints may be sent to info@nicole-coaching.nl. Nicole Coaching acknowledges a complaint within seven days and aims to provide a substantive response within fourteen days; if more time is needed, it provides a revised timeline. The parties first attempt to resolve the matter together. Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protection in the consumer’s country of residence. Disputes are referred to a court with jurisdiction under the law.

This version applies to new agreements effective September 29, 2026. A new version does not retroactively affect ongoing programs. If a continuing agreement must be amended, the participant will be notified in advance and will retain all statutory rights.
