1 Application and Offer
These terms and conditions apply to consumers who book a program, individual coaching session, group session, training, juice cleanse, or retreat with Nicole Coaching. For business engagements, the quote and separate written agreements apply; mandatory consumer protection laws apply only to consumers.
Prior to registration, the participant will receive an up-to-date description of the selected offer, including its content, duration, price, payment schedule, and any additional costs. In the event of any discrepancy, this personalized offer or registration confirmation takes precedence over any general description on the website. Any deviations from these terms and conditions must be set forth in writing.
2 Registration and Implementation
An agreement is formed when Nicole Coaching confirms the registration or quote in writing. An introductory meeting or intake session does not obligate you to participate, unless a paid intake session has been expressly agreed upon in advance.
Nicole Coaching provides the agreed-upon coaching with care and expertise. Personal results depend in part on the participant’s situation and commitment; a specific outcome is not guaranteed. Coaching methods and guest coaches may be reasonably modified within the scope and quality of the program. In the event of a substantial change, the participant will be given the choice between a suitable alternative or a proportional refund for the portion of the service not provided.
3 90 Days Into Joy
The session running from October 26, 2026, through January 23, 2027, will last three months. The group size is limited to twelve participants. The scheduled regular online group sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Dutch time), barring any program changes announced in advance or on holidays. The content follows the Release, Reclaim, and Embody phases. The intake and questionnaire help tailor the group program to each participant’s personal focus areas.
The investment is €555 per month for three months, for a total of €1,665, including taxes where applicable. The first installment is due before the start; subsequent installments are paid via the payment instructions from Nicole Coaching before the first day of the respective payment month, as specified in the registration confirmation. Payment in installments does not change the agreed-upon term or total price.
The program includes one private family constellation per participant. In the final month, a closing group day will take place in the Netherlands, featuring a group family constellation, a movement and exercise workshop with mindful kickboxing, a shared meal, a reflection on the past three months, and a celebration with dance, fire, and the sharing of intentions and manifestations. During this day, participants can celebrate their successes and, in a safe and voluntary way, symbolically connect processes of letting go to the fire. The exact location in the Netherlands and the date will be announced after registration. Nicole Coaching will share this information in a timely manner so that participants can plan their attendance. An equivalent alternative or a reasonable refund for this component will be offered if the group day cannot take place. The five-day juice cleanse is part of the program; the exact delivery details and any products included will be described in the registration confirmation. Supplements and third-party products are not included unless explicitly stated. There is no automatic renewal after three months.
4 Payment
Prices and any additional costs will be clearly stated before the agreement is concluded. Nicole Coaching will issue an invoice or payment confirmation. A participant who is unable to make a payment on time should contact us as soon as possible to discuss a payment plan.
In the event of non-payment, Nicole Coaching will first send a free reminder specifying a statutory payment deadline of fourteen days and providing the information required by law regarding collection fees. Only then may statutory interest and legally permitted collection fees be charged. Nicole Coaching may suspend access to undelivered content after issuing a reasonable warning, to the extent permitted by law.
5 Statutory Cooling-Off Period
A consumer who enters into a distance contract or a contract outside of business premises generally has a 14-day cooling-off period beginning the day after the service contract is concluded. Within that period, the consumer may rescind the contract without giving a reason by sending an unambiguous email to info@nicole-coaching.nl, the sample form below, or, where required, the cancellation feature on the website. Nicole Coaching will confirm receipt and refund any amounts received within fourteen days of the cancellation using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If the participant expressly requests to begin the service during the cooling-off period and subsequently withdraws, only a proportionate amount is due for the services actually provided, provided that the required prior information and confirmation have been given. The cooling-off period for a service does not expire until the service has been fully performed in accordance with the applicable legal conditions. The participant does not waive the right of withdrawal by making a single payment or registration.
6 Relocation, Absence, and Termination
An individual appointment may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, Nicole Coaching may charge for the reserved session if the appointment cannot reasonably be refilled, except in cases of force majeure or a reasonable exception. There is no automatic right to a make-up session or refund for a missed group session; materials made available will remain accessible as specified in the confirmation of enrollment.
After the statutory cooling-off period has expired, the participant may terminate a service agreement. In such cases, Nicole Coaching will charge only for services already rendered and reasonable, verifiable costs, or a reasonable fee as may be required by law, taking into account any costs saved and the possibility of refilling the position. Any remaining balance that was paid in advance but is not due will be refunded. In the event of long-term illness or other exceptional circumstances, the parties will first seek a reasonable solution, such as a postponement or adjustment.
If Nicole Coaching cancels a session, it will offer an equivalent alternative or a proportional refund within a reasonable time. In the event of a substantial cancellation or termination of the program, the participant will receive a refund for the portion not provided.
7 Safety and Health
Coaching, exercise, breathwork, juice cleanses, and lifestyle advice are not substitutes for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Participants decide for themselves whether an activity is appropriate and must disclose any relevant health conditions or medications that could affect their safety; sensitive information can be discussed directly during the intake. In case of doubt, or in the event of pregnancy, an eating disorder, a chronic condition, or medication use, the participant should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning a juice cleanse or engaging in intensive exercise.
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and may stop an exercise. Nicole Coaching may modify a component or refuse participation in an activity if there is a specific safety reason; in such cases, the parties will seek a suitable alternative or a reasonable financial settlement. Nicole Coaching does not provide medical supervision. Third-party products and activities are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be disclosed in advance.
8 Group, Privacy, and Materials
In a group setting, each participant must treat others’ personal stories as confidential and must not take any recordings or screenshots without permission. Nicole Coaching cannot absolutely guarantee the confidentiality of other participants. Respectful behavior is required; in the event of serious or repeated inappropriate behavior, Nicole Coaching may, after issuing a warning, restrict access, with a reasonable refund.
Nicole Coaching processes personal data in accordance with the current privacy statement on the website. Intake information is collected solely for the purpose of providing appropriate guidance and will not be shared with other participants without a valid reason. Program materials, recordings, exercises, and videos are for personal use only; distribution or commercial reuse requires permission.
9 Liability and Complaints
Nicole Coaching is liable under the law for damages resulting from an attributable breach or wrongful act. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including damages resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence. Participants remain responsible for their own choices outside of the coaching sessions.
A complaint can be filed via info@nicole-coaching.nl. Nicole Coaching will acknowledge the complaint within seven days and will strive to provide a substantive response within fourteen days; if more time is needed, a new deadline will be set. The parties will first attempt to find a solution together. Dutch law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the country where the consumer resides. Any dispute will be heard by the court with jurisdiction.

This version applies to new agreements effective September 29, 2026. A new version will not be applied unilaterally with retroactive effect to ongoing projects. If a change to a continuing agreement is necessary, the participant will be informed in advance and will retain their legal rights.
